THIS IS IT!

After many years we are closing the chapter CARDIAC ARREST in our lifes. This decision was made quite spontaneously during last weeks rehearsals but has been dawning on us for more than a year or so. We've gotten to a point where we can no longer be the band that we would like to be. That is why our show in Linz next Saturday will be the last one as CARDIAC ARREST.

We are more than grateful for all the places we travelled and all the people that we got to meet over the years through our music. We are keeping in mind all of the dazed nights, the terrible mornings, the long drives and the stupid ideas. We wouldn't wanna miss a thing.

We are also forever grateful to all the people who have kept supporting us over last 7 - 8 years. It would be senseless to try and mention them all here in this post. You know who you are and you know that we love you anyway. THANK YOU!

It's been quite a ride. So long!

JUNE SHOWS IN LINZ AND VIENNA

Incredible news! Rise Against and Strike Anywhere at Gasometer in 2009 was one of the first punk gigs that we visited together all those years ago. Without these bands we probably wouldn't have come up with the (incredibly stupid) idea to play music ourselves and we really wouldn't wanna miss that experience in our lives. Now we get the chance to play alongside Great Collapse featuring (ex-)members of both bands right in our hometown, which is a really big deal for us. So don't miss this!

Also we're finally returning to Vienna for a show at Venster 99 (the greatest DIY venue in town) with two of UK's finest Melodic Hardcore bands My Only and Young Kings. We're excited to see some familiar faces there as well.

New show announced!

NO OMEGA, JOLIETTE & CARDIAC ARREST - APRIL 23RD - STADTWERKSTATT LINZ

We're excited to announce thay we'll be supporting No Omega and Joliette (two incredibly amazing live bands) in our hometown Linz on April 23rd. We will be opening the Show, maybe we'll even be playing some new songs...we'll see about that. Either way, we're stoked for this one and we count on you for attending this show (even if it's a Sunday) and supporting our friend Mani from LAESSIG Booking who is responsible for putting together this amazing lineup.

HOMETOWN SHOW!

Hey y'all!

We've been a little bit quiet over the summer, but we finally started playing some shows again in September. We went to Switzerland and Slovakia, got to meet some new faces andd new great musicians such as Reason To Care, The Seeker and Jack Holmes, which was a lot of fun and we played a really great show in Salzburg with Tripsitter and NAECHTE last weekend.

AND - no year for us as a band would be complete without at least one gig in our hometown Linz. And what a gig it is! We're stoked to announce to be supporting Turnover and Milk Teeth at their show at Posthof Linz. Come hang, hear some new material and see two amazing bands from overseas.
